ASSYRTIKO Chatzivariti 2018
Composition of the varieties: 100% Assyrtiko
Vineyard: Linear layout at Filyria.
Soil: Medium-textured clayey-sandy.
Winemaking: Pre-fermentation cold maceration for one day, alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature, with the wine remaining with the lees for two months with periodic stirring.
Maturation: 3 months in French old oak barrels.
The wine has a slightly yellow color with golden hints. It has flavors of citrus, white-fleshed fruits and small white flowers and is able to withstand time, giving even more advanced features. It is full-bodied to the palate, with fresh acidity, and long aromatic aftertaste.
